Irresponsible company try to avoid them

They emailed me a month later after using the service regarding a parking charge and they even add another 15 pounds on top of that as service charge. The whole story is as follows.

On the day when I arrived at the suggested car park, the car was not there as the car park is completely full. We then have to spent one hour to try to find the car and call the stuff multiple times. The stuff finally managed to locate the car with GPS the the car had been parked already on the same location that this penalty charge applied.

After I have finished the use of the car, I drove the car back to the suggested car park, and found out that there was still no parking slot available. I phoned the stuff again to ask what should I do. And I was told that just to park the car around within a certain range where there is a parking sign. I had asked if it is ok to park to the same place where I found the car initially, the stuff said it was OK. And I had also specifically asked what about the parking fee, the stuff said, don't worry about it. As suggested by the stuff, I drove the car back to the same place as it was originally picked up. the stuff promised to call me back in 10 minutes to confirm the parking, however, he failed to do so.
