Travel Village

Terrible to deal with. Booked a Baltic cruise with MSC through them. The trip included St Petersburg which was now obviously out of the itinerary due to the antics of Mr Putin. Initially they tried to say it was not a significant event (WHAT ?? )and that they were looking for a different port as a substitute. I told them that we just wanted to cancel as this was the main event on the itinerary. They eventually with a lot of cajoling gave us a partial refund minus £200 which they said we could use on another MSC before the end of 2022 and charged us £22 for the pleasure of doing so. Ps were still waiting on the vouchers after 2 weeks .Not a very nice company to deal with. CAVEAT EMPTOR

Seen this cruise on Facebook and next day me and my friend went to the travel agents the next day to book 7night cruise . We was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Becky who was a great help explained everything we needed to know and can't wait for November 🤗 thank you!!

Shouldn't go near this company, attempting to do business with them - they don't appear to want it! They were totally objectionable when I requested a brochure, on more than one occasion and refused point blank to send me one out!!

I have used The Cruise Village to put together cruise based holiday packages for me (pre COVID-19) on at least 5 or 6 occasions and on each occasion found their service to be exceptionally friendly, personable and efficient.
Now that life is beginning to open up a little I have decided to use The Cruise Village to book a another cruise based package for me.
