TUI Holiday Store

We booked our wedding in TUI Havant for 38 people to Mexico. Lucy helped us from day 1, narrowing down to the country, resort and perfect hotel for our group. Really knowledgeable, friendly and patient going through every detail with us! Having initially thought we'd book with another operator Tui had more options, better prices and the in store help was far better. We will definitely return to Lucy for any future holidays (& Lea/ the team who could always help too!) Despite the wedding not going ahead due to COVID we have received a refund in full (Angela in particular has been brilliant at seeing this through for our group).

I used to book 4+ holidays per year here but in the last 18 months the level of service has become very poor. The manager here is rude and obnoxious, the team follow suit and suffer a obvious lack of basic intelligence. I’ve never before met a travel agent that didn’t know where the Balearics are. Give it a miss, they’re over priced now vs other local travel agents anyway.

We came in on Saturday to book a holiday. We sat and spoke with Becky who was very polite and helpful. She showed us options to match our requests and explained everything clearly. All booked and deposit paid within 20 minutes of being in the store. Would recommend.

I went in spur moment to Tui - Havant as was bit overwhelmed trying to find something and meet Christina who was amazing.

She got our holiday down to a T to Mexico , said 11days etc was better and got discount I never would have got if I don’t it myself.

What an amazing lovely lady too , we laughed and joked all the way through, booked and paid . Complete joy!

In fact we got on so well I may ditch my family and go with her instead ;) 🤣

I have booked my holidays through TUI Havant for many years, the girls are always so helpful, friendly and chatty. I go through Lucy and she is very helpful and always finds the best deals and holidays to suit us. Will continue to book through you guys

We had a last minute nightmare with our holiday but christine at this branch was amazing and sorted it out for all 8 of us. Without cristine we would have been turned away at gatwick. Cant thank her enough for her service, she is a credit to tui and any future holidays we take will be booked through tui due to christines help today.
