Lisa is very reliable, friendly and extremely responsive to messages. Been using her since she was at her old firm, probably about 12 years now. Had a booking to Egypt cancelled due to Covid-19 and was offered either a full refund or 125% credit - we went for the credit! Best price and knows all the little tricks of the trade to find better deals than I can ever find myself or other agents can beat. Had to deal with the team a few times too and they are all good. Highly recommended.
