Travelbag London (Baker Street)

Still waiting for a refund and actually any communication from this terrible company for a cancelled flight from April. They haven’t even tried to get in touch with me and have lied on the phone about timelines. Unsurprisingly after 3 months I haven’t even received an email or call let alone my refund.

I didnt deal with the Baker Street shop but the online department which kept me informed about my Covid19 related cancellation.
It took some time to receive the refund but this was expected due to the large volumes and i was kept informed

A very poor experience. Due to my wife falling pregnant we needed to change our travel plans (not cancel) but Travelbag were very difficult to deal with and suddenly the reasonable deals disappeared meaning we couldn't find anything that we were unable to book directly for less than a £400 discount on the price they offered, which was the deposit we'd paid. In the end we cancelled and accepted the loss of deposit. The travel assistant we dealt with was also very unhelpful. Won't use travelbag again and wouldn't suggest anyone doing so
