They are lazy! And they are definitely NOT there to help you...
I told the clerk I wanted somewhere warm, by the sea sometime next week...He tells me they don't do holidays but they do flights and I should go home and do it online... So I ask for a flight to Bodrum, he then says that I'd be better off doing it online as they don't offer Easy Jet and Ryanair (like anyone would book with them at the moment!).
I was the only person in the shop and they just wanted to get rid of me it seemed.
They'll DEFINITELY NOT be getting my money - though they didn't act like they wanted it...

It's not a travel agency,
It's actually a cubicle inside an Indian corner shop with the worst wheelchair accessibility I've ever seen.
Once shown into the cubicle- The owner calls another Indian- And leaves you to talk to them.
The set up is laughable, Amateurish- And I can not in good conscience recommend this place!!!
