Person who works there doesn't have customer service skills at all. He was so rude and doesn't know how to talk to a customer . VERY BAD Attitudes. People should NOT use their service.

Disgusting low life company. Ripped me off for £800 then said they’d refund £120 but they haven’t and now they won’t respond to my emails. Steer clear.

My experience with Carlton Leisure was very positive. I was searching for flights via Skyscanner and Carlton offered an incredibly cheap fare for my flights.
Booked a return flight in January for summer. March- COVID struck and my flights were cancelled. I reached out for my refund options. I was given the offer of having the Airline vouchers or Cash return (with £50 admin fee). I happily took the latter option as my fare was £400. In 8-10 weeks (long process time but as told in advance), cash was refunded with admin fee deducted.
Can’t complain given it is such a difficult time for the travel industry, initial booking was quick and seamless too. 9/10 experience.

Carltonleisure has taken unauthorised payment from my account in Aughust 2020 for the same amount that I booked a flight with them in February 2020. When I called they couldn’t explain why? And asked me to email. I have never experienced this kind of fraud with any other company in my life. Please stay away from this fraud company.

Verg bad service...if i want to cancel a ticket its so difficuilt..not picking calls and no reply to emails.

Twice my family travelled with Carlton’s wasn’t to bad

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Booked flights to Miami & NYC with them in February 2020. Flights were cancelled in May and I STILL haven’t had a refund. Have chased continuously for over a year now and get very unprofessional and unhelpful responses! Do not use this company - please!!!!
