Brightsun - Highly Recommended !!!
My advise to Brightsun Travel would be, at the very least, get improvements made to the flights section of their website.
But in ticket was showing terminal 3 EY12
1) When we walked in, we were not greeted, no warm welcome and we felt so uncomfortable and we quickly went to the Goan lady (J) seated right at the entrance door
2) She got no smile, seemed like we were a burden
3) We were looking for tickets to a particular destination and we did not have a date in mind, so we thought we could ask the lady to suggest when would be the best time to visit the destination at a reasonable price - She stated in a rude tone - 'No tickets are cheap - everything is above £1000'. Made me feel like I cannot afford the amount so told her that I know it is above £1000 (done my research earlier) but obviously I would not be okay with something like £2,000 when I can get something for £1500, etc.
4) She then states she cannot help out as the portal does not show which tickets are cheap for the month, only when we give her the dates she can help out or else no - Okay, I am not quite sure how the portal works but anyways!
5) She then gets a call from her family, she received the call and went on and on while we as 'Customers' are standing there watching her. We were so disappointed.
6) She then quotes the price and obviously I did not say anything to her because there was no point! But this one person ruined our day. Where is the customer service? We walked out thinking what a waste of time that was. I am not saying that this makes the entire travel agency bad, may be you are good, but remember, you will only have customers returning if you have good travel consultants in the agency. Customer service is of utmost importance and having said this, we will not be returning again. First impression really matters.
