Friendly and helpful holiday planners. Really amazing how much they know and without being pushy. I would recommend this branch as the seem to all have loads of knowledge.

Was TOTALLY unhappy with this company. Gave them plenty of time to put their errors right. Booked a Cruise for that cost nearly £7k and no extras was offered. The same cruise was offered later by another company for half the price. The Staff looking into the complaint were mediocre and wanted me to do the "research" for them. Will not be using them again. Do not use if you DONT know how the Cruise industry is run. I used them as I had not been on a cruise for over 20 years, so was expecting that they would know everything. If they did they failed to use it to MY advantage. I am sure that is not what the CEO of Trailfinders is expecting of his Staff.

Very helpful and attentive staff at the branch and over the phone. Overall you can totally trust Trailfinders to design your holiday. Even for experienced travellers they can make things go smoothly for you with no big fees.

Trailfinders is a trusted travel agency with many offices. The London City branch is located on Poultry near Bank tube and Cannon Street stations. Reliable staff can help with flights, hotels and holidays to most parts if the world.

Trailfinders lived up to their 5 star reputation.
1. Mark in the city branch was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and helped us complete and print off all the very complicated forms, currently required to fly to Singapore.
2. I must also mention the young lady who answered our call for help outside of opening hours; she was calm and knowledge personified.

incredible difficult to get a hold of. I had to ask five times for the answer to a simple question (what is the price change for the next possible flight). As I was in a completely different time zone, the back and forth conversation over email, asking the same question was over a three day period. I gave up on emailing and decided to ring. I was on hold for over a hour. Once I spoke to someone at the other end they were great, but it should not take 4 days total and hours on the phone to get the answer for a simple request.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The staff stared at me the whole time. There were multiple free agents, none of which chose to attend to me.

I cannot speak for the brand as a whole, but this branch and its employees are horrible. Please go to a different agent.
