Staff give great customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Will use them in the future.

Ate there last night and have been in there several times over the years, can't fault the place,staff friendly,food excellent.

Food was good and plentiful, not much choice. Pub is friendly and clean.

We popped into tui to book a holiday and they didn't want to know or have our money, so by chance we went into Hays and they couldn't do enough for us, found us exactly what we req and have booked twice since.

Booked a lovely cruise, the ladies were really helpful with the booking and doing the calls to the liner. Deserve their 5 stars
