This place use to be very good, however my last experience was so poor I cant even bring my self to type about it. Poor admin, could not fix a simple fault and got oil all over the carpets. Happy to list a comprehensive break down of one of the worst customer experiences ever en counted should any one ask.

They have now told me I have to go to Mercedes and they can't sort it (simple dpf regeneration will at least get me on the road again).
They seem to prioritise and look after big commercial contracts only so if you have a single van I'd advise go somewhere else.
The loss of work cos of the slow service with problem not rectified has put my business on its knees.
Staff seem polite and friendly but what's the point when no repair has been made with little effort to sort the issue after they've had over £1000 from me in last 6 months.
Best avoided and go to a smaller local garage.
Dealt with Aaron ( workshop manger ) an amazing guy and asset to that company . He Dealt with a fiat Ducato engine issue that was causing me trouble . For any commercial servicing ect book in with these guys .vans or Trucks they do both .
Best wishes to your team great job !
We took our company Fiat Scudo van in for diagnostics as it was running rough, had the engine warning light on, a buzzing noise under bonnet and the interior fan wasn't working. After advising me it was probably best to take the van to a Citroen garage( !?! ) they eventually managed to connect their diagnostics equipment only to tell me it needed a new ECU and heater control unit on the dashboard. Best part was they said even if after spending nearly £3000 on quoted repairs that they couldn't guarantee that this would fix the problems and if it didn't I'd be stuck with the new parts - if it was needed on not. Being highly sceptical I decided to leave it at that and they charged me a "reduced" cost of £300 for their diagnostic work. After sending the ECU away for testing (it was fine) and much online research I traced the problem to the Comfort control unit. That only cost me £200 and fixed everything! Funny thing was the unit looks like a fuse box and was the part that was buzzing before I took it to Northern Commercials! They said when I went to collect the van that they stopped the buzzing - god knows how they managed that.
