Beware of this outfit, they come across all friendly and helpful but actually will pull a fast one at every opportunity.
To start with, I had to assure them I was serious about buying a van before they could be bothered to get one out of the yard for a test
drive. I noticed it had next to no fuel for the test drive, so we pottered about on back roads which was fine at the time. After
purchasing the van and driving at motorway speeds it had a serious vibration problem. Taking the van in for the vibration issue, it turns
out the front tyres weren't legal, and the screen wash pump didn't work - both MOT failures which is funny as Atlantic had the van MOT'd
prior to me picking it up.
so, two tyres and a screen wash pump later and then we could look at the vibration issue. Its taken discs and pads all round, and now a
front brake caliper to resolve, in total I've spent £600 rectifying these issues.
If you have no choice but to use this lot, do your due diligence - check everything and do a thorough road test!
Oh and after specifically asking if the van is watertight and being told it was, it really isn't.
They deserve no stars, but sadly I had to pick one to post this review..

Just brought a van from here... the owner was very pleasant and absolutely no pressure what so ever!... put the deposit down and picked it up just under a week later... van came with 12 months mot.. full service...3 months warranty and a full valet looked like brand new...highly recommended and will be buying from here again in the future!

Used Atlantic Van Hire for a Mercedes Luton van with tail lift for a house move. Excellent service from initial enquiry, making the booking, collecting through to dropping back the van. It was exceptionally clean on collection, in good condition and ran well over the 450 mile round trip. I would definitely use this company again and thoroughly recommend. The van came with a full tank and is asked to be returned full. It was a great price for the short weekend rate we had. Worth noting that the insurance excess was low in comparison to other companies. Breakdown cover included which was useful to know with a long trip. Very impressive all round customer service, informative and helpful staff which made me one happy rental customer. Job done......Thank you Atlantic Van Hire.

Brought a 2016 vauxhall vivaro last year its been excellent no problems. Just past MOT a year on with no advisories.
I took a massive risk buying this as I had to travel up from Cornwall where I live to Norwich. As I seen it was a reputable company I was not wrong. Thanks guys I will be back.
