THE absolute worst service you could imagine. Got everything wrong, overcharged and botched work. Poor Jazz on front desk did a great job though. If you have a van DO NOT take there!

The guys here are so polite and helpful. Adam on the service desk really polite and Ryan one of the mechanics also the same. Never thought anyone could come close to renault in Cardiff but you have, awesome people. Shame the same can't be said about renault 24/7. I mean 60-90 minutes they said?? 2.5 hours later and me chasing them and you get your mechanic will be with you in 7 minutes... 25 minutes later and he still hasn't arrived. In total from the moment I rang in the breakdown to a mechanic arriving was nearly 3 hours.renault 24/7.... you need to take a leaf out of these guys books and how they operate.
