Dissappointed use to have time for Motorhome owners, after booking a appointment only to find after 2 days still not been looked at. Took van away when they said they would look at it hopefully in a day or two.Seems the priority is for the big fleet companies now. Shame always took my motorhome there, new garage needed for new year.

Ordered a new daily from here last week in June. Dealt with a salesman called Marko. Right from the start, he was extremely professional right from the word go. He spent time going through the order & the options for my needs. Gave me a estimated date of arrival & van arrived 3 weeks earlier than planned. I was regularly kept up to date with the progress of my order & felt like a valued customer. He went above & beyond to make sure everything was 100% perfect. Could not ask for a better service, unlike other so called van dealers who were full of false promises. Iveco know how to look after their customers. Will definitely be sticking with iveco for all my future vans in the future. Thanks Marko for a wonderful service. A true gent.

Be aware of what your being charged. We watched our motorhome for 1hr bonnet open. Time that was spent looking at it was 10mins. We watched other van having the same treatment, staff having cigarette breaks every 10 mins and coffee breaks. Charged £120 for mechanic to spend 10 minutes with a fault reader. Told it could be 1 of 5 things. Told 4hrs Labour would be £500 and they can't guarantee that the problem will be sorted.
Not a friendly attitudes from office staff.We were made to feel our custom wasn't wanted.

Bad experience heute
Had troubles with my RV travelling north of Liverpool. Stopped here and asked if they at least could check the error Code on the vehicles System so I could decide to go in or not.
Not weithin 3 Weeks the desk Manager said.
Unhelpfull and unpolite

Well looked after.. Good dealership. Can be busy but always do their best.

Had my motorhome serviced today at Walton Summit. Great service. Easy and friendly booking in.
They kept in touch during the day with progress.
Parking area a bit limited. But overall a good experience.

Excellent service department. Steve Hancock was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended company for all Iveco requirements. I recently called the service department to find out if they could change a headlight bulb for my truck, this time they weren't that helpful and lacking in customer service.
