From placing an order was fine. Saying "estimated delivery time" and not being here on that estimated delivery time is just not good enough. When I had called up the line sounded very crackly, I couldn't hear them very well as they were talking quietly and I'm partially deaf and it sounded like the staff was speaking to another one of their colleagues while on the phone to me. Poor customer service. Not a happy customer. I would recommend going down the shop to get the food, I don't recommend ordering as I ordered at 20:05 and it's now 21:22 and I haven't yet had my food. Did not refund me the right amount when I was not allowed to cancel an order. Lied to me saying the order had left the store at 11:16pm didn't arrive until an hour later. (I don't live more than 15 minutes away). Chips and chicken shish kebab were terrible. Will not be ordering from here again.

I made an order with these using hungry house and it was a bad experience from the word go, firstly the order was meant to be delievered at half 2, quarter to 3 i contacted the hungry house live chat and explained my order hadn't turnt up, they contacted the store and they said they never got my order even though they accepted it, so hungry house agreed to give me a refund so I left it and started making myself something to eat indoors instead, quarter past 3 the delivery driver turns up with my order!!! the kebab tasted awful so after a few mouthfuls I threw it away, today I've woken up to being sick and having a bad stomach cramps, clearly food poisoning, I will be writing to hungry house to remove this company from their page!

One of the best places for a good kebab IF you collect AND double check before leaving the place. The prices in JustEat app are way higher than in the store and on top of that you still pay £2 for the delivery, so just collect. In addition, after going there many times, I can firmly assure that more than half of the times you don't get exactly what you asked for. It seems to be lack of care rather than they trying to fool the customer's.
Too bad because the for and the prices are really worthy when they do it properly.

Been using this place for many years. Recently I've noticed the food has changed,again. The chicken kebab i had recently was amazing and cooked perfectly for my own personal taste. Quick delivery. Food always cooked fresh.

Really disappointed with the customer service on the telephone - it was appalling and attention to detail is something that needs to be worked on. Asked for mayonnaise and burger sauce in my chicken burger and didn't get any. The fillet was overcooked and dry. Chips were mediocre. Only positive were the chicken wings.

P.S: Speak to the guy who put cucumber in my chicken burger and fire him, that is never acceptable.

Ordered 2 kebab meals “Kebab meal 3”. After 1 hour and 30 minutes the order was wrong: we meant to receive 1 doner kebab and 1 chicken kebab, both with salads with 2 portion of fries. We received 2 doner kebab without salad 1 box with chicken, without even the pita bread. Fries were missing at all. Meat was cold and gummy. Tried to call them again and did not picked up the phone. For 16,90£ everything was simply WRONG

Best chicken shis kebab I ever tried + nice chips (thin & fresh) and always fresh veg. You should also try theirs garlic pizza bread - its a class!
