Charcoal

Had a very lovely dining experience at Charcoal.
Food was delicious and you could tell it was made fresh, my husband ordered a Mixed doner and I went for the Lamb shish and Adona kebab. Which comes with chips, rice or couscous, but we both went for half and half on the rice and couscous. Food was flavoured well, and none of it was dry which is usually my worry. Portion sizes were great, even on the extras like the bread, salad bowl, tzatziki and sauces even got complimentary Turkish teas and my fav Baklava which also looked and tasted very fresh. Atmosphere was really quiet, we were almost the only customers but it was an extremely wet evening. Restaurant was clean, toilets were clean, service was good. I don't have a bad word to say really.
Overall very happy. And deffinitly will visit again.

Great presentation. Great packing and Great taste. I loved the fresness of the fish, salad, bread and fries. The one thing that I would have liked was grilled calamari instead. Definitely a favourite for a next time order for me!

This restaurant does the best Turkish platter I've had. Never disappoints, great quality and service every single time.

The lady that served was friendly an nice. The food was alright. The portions were big which was great. Doner was ok, it had lots of fat and gave you a very oily taste because of its fat.

I ordered one platter , according to their menu , the price is £33.00 , however, online price is £36.00 , I agreed to pay £36.00 but they charged £38.99 ,
In the delivery box they sent menu where the price was mentioned £33.00 ,
I think they are misleading the customer ..

Quite nice food, just didn't like the mint in garlic sauce
