Very rude staff and unprofessional. Like other said that blonde girl could learn some manners. Unfortunately school forces to buy from them otherwise I won’t have a second thought to go somewhere else.

Wel least they had the uniform there I suppose, young blonde was very unhelpful and its a shame they couldn't be bothered to let me see it before shoving it in a bag and rushing us out of the shop, I would of least been able to see and tell her she grabbed the wrong size from the back now gonna cost me anouther £10 on train just to fix it

Went in to get my daughter some shirts this morning the older lady with a brown Bob served me she was absolutely rude 😒
I have never had someone so rude serve me my daughter has high anxiety and was getting a bit panicky about the buttons being on the other side I explained to the lady it was just her anxiety and her reply was well she will have to learn to do it won't she and then said u do know there 17.99 there expensive and through the whole time we were there she was horrid the other 2 young girls however were nice
