Arrived and within 15 mins I walked away with everything we needed. Great staff. Very professional and polite.

Pointless preordering with click and collect .. people who hadn't pre ordered were seen quicker

Your child can try the garment(s) if you are not sure about the size (2 changing rooms).

There are safety dividers on the front desk/check out if you are worried about distancing. Floor circles (yellow) are also visible to maintain the 2 meter distance, to be safe.

At start of school year, advised to book a slot to make it easier. Browse their website to see in advance how things look like.

Anyway good place for schoolwear in Havering.

- It is obviously really busy right now but if you book online, you simply "click and collect" kind-of without being on long waiting queue. Just follow sign for collect and have your order number ready with the Surname which whom you made the order. Really easy.

Everything is still good as far as I am concerned. I will return.

only giving 1 star because i can't give none. Ordered trousers this morning, phoned this afternoon to see when i could collect only to be told " oh yeah they are out of stock. We will get round to emailing you about it..do you want to cancel the order ".. so i have paid money but you dont have the stock.. you should not be allowed to take money for items you dont have.. no doubt this will now take a week to refund

There is a queuing system in place but its always so busy leading up to going back to school, which is understandable but how can one shop deal with the majority of schools in the area?!

Nothing but problems one shop having the monopoly on schoolwear is an absolute joke, shop its far too small for the amount of people that use it and very expensive lets hope Hornchurch High listen to the many parents that have complained this year

Made an appointment for uniform fitting just needed jacket and ties, 2 queues outside on click and collect and other to enter the shop. Taken in just before appointment quick with fitting, a very busy place, but I felt it didn't take long. Lovely polite, efficient staff. Very happy with purchases.
