Very convenient for the parents as you don’t have to wait. Very good location as it is located in a quiet industrial area of Mitcham. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are some discounts for multiple items. You should make an appointment to visit this store at the moment.

I arrived and the staff members were excellent and attentive, I didn’t have to wait for assistance, the manager (excellent manager) allocated a member of staff to take care of us throughout.

Abid was the gentleman that served us, half way through I was told it was his 1st day. I was surprised as he was highly attentive, the customer experience was 1st class.

I have worked in customer experience for many many years, and I have to say all the staff members maintained a high level of customer experience and as this is a stressful time for all parents I would like to thank you all for a stress free and happy experience.

I took my daughter to School Uniform Direct for her new secondary school uniform packs. We were assisted by an employee named Alex who was very helpful and patient with us. He was really good at guessing her size and giving recommendations on sizing up a little as he could see my daughter was a fast grower. Very happy with our experience, would advise anyone to go as they are worth the trip. Do think it’s a good idea to get an appointment as they can be busy.

The service is VERY slow. We had to wait over 2 hours just to enter the shop and another 30 min to queue inside the shop to pay. Some parents had young children with them who clearly were in distress after waiting for A few staff members were very rude and just wanted to rid of us. The gentleman who served me said we can’t buy a school bag because we have to order it online first. Also he refused to check for a size of trousers my child needed. He said the model we were looking for does not have the size we needed and is not accepted in our school (that was definitely wrong!) and that we even can not order it online! Also he objected me to ask another member of staff about it. And when I was about to leave the shop we saw the size and model we needed just hanging in the next row of trousers. Luckily we bought the trousers and another member of staff brought us the school bag. But overall experience at the shop was a disaster. Slow. Rude. Unprofessional.

Bought some polo shirts with School logo, quality not that great. They werent white, but more of a cream colour and over The School year do tend to go a bit grey, i buy additional polo shorts for far cheaper elsewhere and they keep The whiteness all year long. Delivery is very quick.

This place was amazing. It has every uniform I could think of! The people there were very helpful and caring. Would definitely go to buy uniform. I would like to give a special thank you to Hasnain for helping with buying my uniform.

School Uniform supplies store is quite spacious. Most school in South London would use this store for school uniform shopping.
The store is well stocked up and there is plenty of staff to help. It can get extremely busy in the summer leading up to september (school term). If you can, it's best to buy early July and early August. You can shop and try on clothes without the store being too crowded. If you visit late August and onwards, you may have to book an appointment or you may have to queue for sometime. They might run out of stock that requires a second visit.

pathetic attitude ...!There were not exchanging the item after one day of purchase and told us that it was special order Although we never made any special order ...! this is just Monoply by this shop bcz they know that parents have to come over here to buy uniform ....!
