Wonderfully welcoming family run one stop shop for everything your son needs to attend Harrow and your son can easily get additional items plus toiletries etc throughout the school year once you open an account with them.

Atmosphere - welcoming and spacious
Staff and management - super friendly and helpful (they have been serving Harrow boys for near 40 years so they know what they are doing so listen to what they advise for your son because you are in save hands) one of the owners who served us was super helpful and she helped guarded us along the fitting process fast and painless as possible.
Note - prices are reasonable no need to shop around for the items on the list with 10% off for new students and a free boater (straw hat) with free vanishing service.

Exorbitant uniform prices. But I guess there's no choice if the school partners only with this retailer.

An extremely rude and a very impatient lone member of staff. The staff wouldn't let the customer talk freely or ask for different sizes to try on the child.
