I have been going to the shop for years I know the people very well I get my daughters uniform from there and the learning books are excellent my daughter always wants to get a book from there. The service is beyond excellent and the people are really friendly and helpful. No matter what people say about the shop or the people I would highly recommend it. The quality of the clothing is really good and it has lasted my daughter 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rupens is a rip off, cheap quality on a very high price. Returns and exchange are impossible. Poor customer service and rude behaviour especially if you want to exchange. Try to avoid Rupens if you can.

I dont like srvice. I felt man is quite rude . No humbleness. Poor customer service. And very very costly shop. Quality is very very poor but taking very very high price.. zero rating for this shop. I won't recommend this shop.

Old man is very rude. Needs to fix his attitude 🤦. Not how you should treat your customers wouldn’t recommend going to this shop.

Happen to visit the store yesterday - Was really pleased with the service and beahviour of the kind man at the store - was really helpful in guiding the size. Highly recommend to everyone.

Exceptional service!
I wanted to buy all school gear for my son and they patiently fielded my queries.
Also gave me directions to where I have to go to get shoes, including the bus number.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, five stars!!
