The Schoolwear Shop

If you live in Northampton and you need to purchase school clothes, I believe this is the only shop to do so. If you are a bit tight on money then expect shopping here to eject a large sum of money. The clothes are just stupidly and unreasonably priced. The staff seem alright but they will always try to nudge you to buy something. They don't seem apologetic about stealing your cash and just seem happy as long as you pay up.

Brilliant service, very helpful team. All the staff welcomed me into the shop with a huge smile and said good morning. When needing help for sizes they pointed me into the direction. Definitely recommend! Also amazing how they are the only shop in Northampton to sell school clothes so very grateful your here for our town.

Considering we are experiencing a global pandemic, which is VERY SERIOUS and taking away many lives as we speak, I completely understand and appreciate all the staff's hard work. I have seen how ridiculously busy it is during the summer with hundreds of people trying fit inside a small shop all at once... So I understand that it is impossible to adhere to social distancing so to keep staff AND customers safe you are having to remain shut. I would just like to thank you very much for all that you are doing in these difficult times! We do appreciate all that you are doing to ensure our children receive their school uniform ready for September.

So disappointed In the prices they are charging for postage and if it doesn’t fit you have to pay to send it back and repay postage! feel like they are making money from us as it’s the only shop you can get my daughter blazer from. If I didn’t have to I wouldn’t use them again.

Have to give this a 4 star due to my order being lost (change of computer system ,so these things happen ) . I rang today to ask about my order as online it said it was completed , spoke to Deon on the phone he was supper helpful and polite .then was passed to Dan the manager also very polite and professional arranged to go in to store to show them order confirmation . Less that 5 mins after my phone call I had a call from them to say they had locatedmy order and would be sending out today with next day delivery . Again super apologetic and polite . These things happen when you change system.

Asked if they offer click and collect, I was informed that as they are a non essential shop, then No.

I live less than half a mile, 10 minute walk away from the store!

I then enquired as to offer free delivery and or reduce delivery price. I never received a reply.

The Shipping charge was £5.40, When the delivery arrived the cost on the stampage was £4.20.

Was give two wrong sizes of pe wear after taking my daughter into the shop to try the correct size on. I didn't realize until I got home and had to come back the next day into town for them to correct their mistake. Not impressed
