Ocean Designs Schoolwear

I visited 'Ocean Design' about 2 weeks ago, both the owners were very helpful, friendly with a customer focused mindset. The shop has a very good range and good quality school uniforms which is also a lot cheaper then 'Kalsar School Wear' (Bethnal Green).

Good quality schoolwear and reasonably priced. I was served by a lovely Lady who knew what size my daughter needed without having to try lots of sizes. Great customer service and a very neat and organised shop.

First time shopping for school uniform. I was really stressed about it, but the sales person knew exactly what size my kids need.
I had to give a shout "Hello" because no one was at the till when I got there, but I was promptly served once I've made my presence know.

Excellent customer services, will go back for future purchases. Do not go elsewhere to buy your schoolwear.

I’ve been here twice and both times have had unpleasant experiences. The first time I had a female worker bodyshame my size and the second time I had a male worker look at my waist to decide my fitting. Not impressed at all. The whole shop was a mess as one person was serving 3 people at the same time.

Worse customer service ever!

Spoke to a rude guy on the phone who was very abrupt and intimidating. They do not do delivery, which is inconvenient as the school uniform needed is for a school in West London which is nowhere near their Branch in East London.

You ain't getting my money bro, not with that disgusting attitude on the phone!
