Very poor customer service, I placed an order for my children's uniforms, now 10weeks on I am still waiting for the order. No communication from them at all, when I went into the shop one of the members said she was calling the Head office and said she would call me back for feedback, 3weeks on nothing from them. They don't answer their phone and not very helpful at all.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made an online order. Poor communication and unhelpful via e-mail, told me to chase up my order with the shop! this all good and well if the shop actually answered their phone and is only open a few days a week. Basically I have paid for school uniform that I have still not received. The whole idea of ordering on line was to make the process more simple and to avoid unnecessary trips to the shop.

Helpful friendly staff stock a wide range of logo school uniform & basic uniforms too. Nice range of boys suits. Good school shoe selection. Also do ladies & men's clothing.

Staff are rude loooog delivery times when it shows up and lost orders . booked an appointment due to Covid asked to wait to be served fair enough .. young girls ( staff ) at the door doing nothing we’re asked to ‘deal with me’ member of staff laughed because she couldn’t be bothered after a few minutes of laughing at my expense amongst themselves took me over to the uniforms were there was nothing in stock! I then asked how much a product was she told me expensive! I went home to order online this was 29.8.20 and still no order confirmation no order no nothing this is the only shop can get my daughters uniform and if there was anywhere else I would 100% go there!

Every time we use this company (have no choice) we have problems. This time around ordered School tracksuits for my boys, said they would be 2 weeks. 6 weeks later still nothing, know one answering the phone at the head office or the shop in Crosby. I can't believe the School's still use this company to sell their clothing, they are a complete disgrace.

Staff no helpful at all, fitted too small in the shop will have to size up. Wasted money
poor service all together won’t be going back. When ordered online wasnt dispatched for ages ended up cancelling and going into the shop.

I haven't made an order with Monkhouses because there have been so many problems with supply, the ordering service online (which says it is temporarily disabled), and massive waits to speak to anyone on the phone (place 46 in the queue?!) I have been trying to buy clothes since June this year (so not exactly at peak school shopping time) with no success. Very frustrating as they are the only supplier. I will be resorting to getting mine printed at a commercial printers.. PM me if interested in buying off me 😆
