We ordered a jumper from there beacouse the ones that they had were not big enough, when it arrived we received the same jumper just with longer sleeves...
The opening hours of the shop are also badly planned. Usually parents take their kids so they can test the uniforms, too bad they arrive from school at 3-4pm and the shop closes at 5 in working days. You can arrive in the weekends either. Simply is just not enough time.
The young staff are not co-operative with the customers... Badly "trained" I should say?
Also quality-price comparison is extremely bad, remember the long sleeved jumper? In two weeks time of school we lost a button out of it, at 65 pounds.
Thank you so much for making this dreaded shopping experience a positive one!!😀
After ringing ahead of a planned visit the following day to see if a pair of shorts was in stock and the right size, I was initially told they were in stock but was the last pair. (Needed these in advance of rest of uniform to be adjusted as they don’t do them small enough!)
They refused to hold them until my visit the next day and refused to take payment over the phone to secure them because it’s too time consuming?!
I was then advised to do click and collect on their website to secure them and then they would keep them for my visit the next day?! Other than taking physical payment I’m not sure what difference the process actual was?!!
After that call I tried to order them online, yet the website didn’t work on either my mobile or iPad. After trying for 20 mins refreshing etc etc I decided to call back.
On my second call I spoke to the ‘manager’, who after explaining the situation just responded by telling me her computer was working so there was no issue! She again refused to take payment over the phone and to hold the short until the following day.
In the same conversation I was told that only one adult was allowed in the store with children. I explained that I had 3 children under 5 and that I was going to have my Mum with me to help and support what we all know is a stressful experience. She then told me that she wouldn’t be allowed in the store but a member of staff would be able to help me?
Slightly confused at this point as they didn’t have enough time to take a quick card payment over the phone yet could spare a member of staff for possibly an hour to kit out 3 children in full uniform???
I was also told that no one was allowed to try anything on which begs the question as to why they are even open and not running as an online function which all these restrictions they have put in place???
After stating I would order everything online, my next question was how do I order those items that aren’t on the website? The response I got back was that she didn’t build the website so was unsure why all said school uniform wasn’t under their designated page??
My name and number was taken for them to call me back once they had found those items on their own website? As yet I’m still waiting for that call!!
I then took it upon myself to go into the shop with children in tow just to grab the last pair of these shorts. Ironically when I went into the shop it was dead yet they still refused to take payment over the phone If I had phoned in.
Totally unhelpful and the lowest of low customer service.
All of which could have been resolved by them saying from the start, we are really busy at the moment but we’ll hold them for you and call you to take payment once it’s quieter.
Unfortunately it’s a trapped supply chain and if I had a choice of kitting out my three children in another shop I would.
Rude and appalling service. If I could give them no stars I would! 😡
