Unbelievably poor quality of service from general manager "Julie". Ordered a plain white t-shirt with black printing. Wore it 3 times (at an event, consecutive days) and by day 3, all the printing was peeling at the edges etc. Now, if this aint bad enough when you've forked out £30 (yes, £30!) for ONE T-shirt...when I quizzed the general manager "Julie" - I was told I was trying to trick them and that a refund wasn't due. She offered to refund the £5 cost of the t-shirt, but as I tried to explain to her - "it's not the t-shirt that is the problem...it's YOUR printing". Disgustingly rude and arrogant business (previous experience 3 years ago was EXACTLY the same) - always out of control in the shop, rushed, frustrated customers queuing up at the desk, lost orders etc. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, and do not recommend you part with your hard earned cash - there are many better out there.

Called me at 4.25pm telling me my order was ready to be collected TODAY. Drove all the way down there to find it closed at 4.30pm. Why did they wait 5 mins before closing to ask me to collect same day?? Really annoyed. Wasted my time.

I have always managed to get everything I need here to kit out two boys for comprehensive.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
