Disgusting customer service! Online order which said the item was in stock, went in to pick it up and was told my order is out the back in a box but they wouldn’t get it out for me as other orders are before me and told I had to wait 7-10days! I asked for a refund and was told NO- I will give it back when I want! They said there was wording on the website which was clear saying 7-10days for order, this is a lie and it did not say that online. Why put “in stock” on the website, make people buy them then be rude and refuse refund?? Will never go back there! I would go elsewhere for any type of uniform, worst customer experience I've ever had!

Alison is so so helpful, accommodating and her prices are lower than another local school wear provider! Products are of good quality also and she explains sizing much better than the service I had at the other provider. Will go to Alison for all our schoolwear needs.

Orderd school uniform on 4th August online.
All items were listed as Instock paid for delivery after 4 weeks nothing.
So I rang the lady Thursday had a conversation to the affect not all order was there but most of it would be ready Saturday. Anyway today came and nothing was ready. Or in stock. No apology ,was made to feel it was our fault
Total joke of a company

Lot of restrictions due to Covid 19. first you need to order goods. once they inform ready then you can go and collect. no fiton but can change if the goods are not right.
