Uniform2go

This hangar-like school uniform shop stocks every item you could think of from every school in the Bridgend area. I have always brought branded uniform items here (polos, cardies, jumpers and hoodies) as they will be in stock or add the school crest to a generic version on demand. Lately I ordered some sports trousers, which arrived on time and in perfect condition. Staff are friendly and communication (via text message) is excellent. Will definitely keep coming back!

Great service today at Uniform2go. I arrived with my son who is a power wheelchair user. As I was getting my son out of our van the staff had already set down a ramp to allow my son to get into the shop and they stood at the door to ensure he got in safely. Once inside the staff were very helpful and accommodating in trying to find a school sweatshirt to fit my son who is small for his age, which was a success. Thanks Uniform2go for making us feel so welcome!😊

Ordered polo shirts at the shop Tuesday got a message to collect on Friday.

We had some issues with delivery via DPD however Emma has promptly addressed this by hand delivering what they have in stock.

Would have been good if there were no issues but understand this isn't Uniforms2Go but more DPD.

Collected jumpers embroidery way off on one and slightly off on the other. Took back was told one not straight couldn't see it on the other. The weekend before they start school! Couldn't offer if delivered next weds if they would be straight. Had money back, now child without jumper for school... Shocking.. Manager said she couldn't rectify it. Explanation was she has people embroidering in the dark at 4am.... Asked if Tey get checked before try go out. Yes. I think not.... Fuming. Not using again 😳

Myself and 11yo daughter visited here to kit her out in her school uniform this year instead of our usual shop. I can't believe how quick we were kitted out, considering she was starting a new school and needed everything. We were impressed with the covid measures and were called inside when a sales person became available. Within 10minutes we had a full comp uniform, including full PE kit, I literally couldnt believe that everything was in stock, as in our usual uniform shop everything has to be ordered and you wait endless weeks before collecting (and they don't even phone you to let you know if something has arrived, you have to chance it and just turn up).
The staff were plentiful and really friendly, they were very knowledgeable on what would fit my daughter correctly and her schools dress code.
The Manageress was at the counter discussing orders on the phone while we were there but I could tell she was keeping a watchful eye over what was going on at the sales counter. If the staff needed help she was there for any queries.
What I thought would be a full day of uniform shopping took a whole 10minutes so we were able to enjoy a nice girly day out instead.
I will definitely be going here every year instead!

Quick and easy to order what I needed for the school uniform from the store. They then gave me a text when it was in. Only took 2 days even tho it was a weekend. Ordered Fri in on the Monday.
