Greta service. I have bought all the beavers cubs brownies uniforms for the kids from here. They have all the items... all the sizes so great place with great customer service.

Called in the shop and lady was very rude she didn't even acknowledge me and when I asked a question about the prices she very abruptly said oh I don't know there about £13. There used to be a lady in the shop a few years ago and she was lovely but this one wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. xx

If I could give minus stars... I would. On the few times I've dealt with this shop.... I have been nothing but astounded at how rude one of the ladies is. Every time, she talks over you and insists she can't do anything. Everything is too much effort. Blames everything but the weather on the supplier. Genuinely the worst shopping experience I've had to date here. The name is "first class", the service and the products are anything but. No wonder people send kids to school in unbranded uniform if this is what you have to deal with. They need to remember that no primary school uniform is compulsory (only preferred) and embroidery is widely available. One lady (lovely) who I dealt with admitted that she herself doesn't send her kids to school in branded uniform as "it never lasts". Now if your own staff don't buy from you due to lack of quality. Neither shall I be again. Which is a shame. I bought alot in your shop to send my boys to school. I would prefer the badge. But I'm not being subjected to that lady and paying for the "pleasure"
She quoted one time "that this is why small businesses go bust" when I rang with my query.... No, the go busy for selling substandard stock and being rude and offensive to customers 🤷🏽‍♀️

Fantastic service! Buying uniforms can generally be quite stressful but the lady who runs this place was so helpful and patient with me and my Son. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for uniforms in the local area.
