Bad company don't trade with or buy off they are nothing but compulsive liars who make a hoax allegations I was working for their supplier ( trentside products ) who sell items to furnico really cheap and they then charge you the customer over the odds for poorly Chinese products and tell you it's made in the uk 🇬🇧 but all the do is staple a piece of fabric and call it their own
Anyways was working delivering goods and one of their management made a false allegations about me which resulted in me losing my job and now struggling to support my family if they can lie about something small what else are they making up to you the customer If you want cheap poor made furniture then ignore this and buy off them

Had a warranty problem with cushion sink age. Dealt with customer services.they sent a replacement straight away and arranged homeserveupholstery to fit it.excellent service .best customer service seen for a long time.thank you.d.guyver
