Quick and easy to deal with

Good, quick service but why 2 envelopes (one of which is completely blank) when one is sufficient? Yes, could pass the blame to courier but please do your bit and come up with a solution to help reduce waste.

With some excellent advice from the sales team I purchased the Senco pneumatic stapler package. The package comes with compressor, stapler, air hose and two connectors, a well packaged and speedy delivery and excellent value for money. I am a professional antique restorer and upholsterer and have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed with the quality and performance. I highly recommend the product and the great advice from J A Milton.

I made a special trip to the showroom today to find it locked up. The sign on the door says permanently shut, even though they advertise "instore shopping" and list the opening hours! Not answering the phone also seems to be part of the new business model. I have placed my order elsewhere.
