What an excellent place! A bicycle charity! I was surprised to learn about it, but having read about what they do I'm happy to support them. I've purchased several used components from them and been in on one of their "Bring your own bike" service days. It was very helpful and I got my disc brakes sorted out. I couldn't be more pleased. 👍

Visited a while ago and they were very informative and help me select the right bike for me. They even threw in panniers for a good price! The bike is still going strong after nearly a year, this bike was well looked after.
Highly recommended. They continue to assist you after purchase

Made an appointment, via the website, to buy a bike for my son who had outgrown his old one. We were lucky enough to find just the perfect thing! It needed quite a bit of work doing on it before we could take it away but Zac at Ride On worked tirelessly to have it fixed up for us by the end of the day! My son was delighted with his cool ‘new’ bike! Great service, an affordable price for a premium brand bike, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff and helping to support a local social enterprise! What more could you want? We were able to donate my son’s old bike too, hopefully giving it another chance to have more adventures with its next owner! Thank you Ride On! I’ll be back next time we need an upgrade!

Absolutely excellent! Went in as an adult learner buying my first bike and was greeted with nothing but support and enthusiasm. Every time I've been in since the team have been immensely helpful and oh so patient with someone who knows next to nothing about bikes! I feel much more confident now, that I and my bike are safe on the road, than I would have without the expertise of the folks here.

Good range of quality, second-hand bikes. Very knowledgeable staff. No high-pressure sales tactics. Very good infection control measures (appointment only, social distancing where possible, sanitisers etc.) Kind enough to offer a two-month "service", which was more of a quick once-over as the bike was in great condition.

I went to this bike shop as I heard they sold second hand bikes. A man let me in and was extremely hospitable and explained their situation and asked me what I was looking for. He showed me a bike that's in the works and took my name for when it's ready, even though I was just looking. Extremely friendly and would recommend to anybody! Thank you.

Tried donating some Trek bikes a little while ago and they were refused. I managed to take a look at their stock today and it's just looks like a load of overpriced rubbish! My advice is buy new or go the the recycling centre. The Head of Charity, Will, is very rude with poor people skills. Don't be late for an appointment or you'll be abruptly sent on your way, even if you send a message to notify them.
