I had my bike serviced here and cannot fault the workmanship nor the excellent customer service. Damien and his team are highly dedicated and passionate about what they do and it shows. Julian House are doing very valuable work and if you are looking for a good bike service I would recommend them

Very friendly, fast, efficient and well worth visiting. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely be getting my bike serviced there again. I'm really glad schemes like this exist, they have my support. No hesitation recommending them.

Friendly, fast and high quality service.

Had some trouble with my rear brake yesterday; all the wet weather had clogged it and it was jammed shut. Called the Julian House Bike Workshop, dropped it off at lunchtime and picked it up at the end of the day! The back brake feels great and has never worked better.

The staff here are super friendly! They have all the time in the world to help you and really do want to make sure that you have a safe bike suited to your needs. If you live near here and need a bike repair or new reconditioned bike then I would highly recommend coming here. Thanks guys :)

The staff were really nice, helpful and knowledgable. As a beginner cyclist they helped me answering all my question and doing a great job tuning my bike up. I will definitely come back!

I bought this bike I didn't like the pink colour so I had spray painted it but it to replace an old bike and the people work here are still very helpful

Have got my bike serviced here several times now. They always give good advice and I don't feel like they are trying to get money out of me like at some bike shops. Highly recommend!

I managed to get a £50 government voucher to do up my bike, which was in a sorry state after living in the garden uncovered for 6 months. I took it down to these guys as I’d heard good things. They managed to get me an appointment within a week (which is great for a bike shop at the moment!). After having it for a few hours they called to recommend best course of action, and gave me worst case scenario of costs. When I picked it up they explained they’d managed to repair rather than replace a few things, so some cost saving. Also, what they did have to replace, where possible they used salvaged parts which is great. My bike has never worked so well... having taken it to a few different places over the years, these guys obviously know what they’re doing! I wholeheartedly recommend!
