Great selection of pre-loved bikes. We bought a child’s bike which my daughter is very pleased with. Always buy 2nd hand for the children as they grow out of them so quickly and great to know that the bikes are serviced and in full working order when you buy!
Will be back again when the kids need the next size

Broke my bike chain when climbing a hill out of Witney, googled up the nearest bike shop, and it turned out to be this place. The shop saved my day: they replaced the broken link in under 10 minutes, and charged me £5. Note that they only accept cash. There is a wide selection of 2nd hand bikes, especially children's bikes

Great service. Went to Ricks cycles to find my children some bikes and brought 2. Lots to choose from. We couldn’t take the bikes at the time due to space but we met later the same day in Oxford to collect them. Amazing service.

Brought a bike on Christmas Eve . Was told that he fully restored it and everything was working as it should, so I took it to the local bike shop to get a full inspection on the bike to only find out that it had mutiple issues that should have been dealt with before selling as it made the bike unsafe. Just a few of the issues were: excess rust on the suspension arms causing it to not function properly , poorly working breaks poorly working gears and a crushed bearing in the back wheel . I’m extremely unhappy with the service I was provided as at the time of purchase I was lead to believe that the whole bike was fully working and faultless. Upon n discovery of just the faulty suspension I called him to tell him that the bike shop had discovered a fault with the suspension and his response was first “why would you get it inspected when I said I did a full inspection before selling it to you” he then said that the little amount of rust on the suspension arms was not a issue and that as it wasn’t a air suspension that it wouldn’t matter. It in fact wasn’t a “small” amount of rust, it was enough to cause bad putting in the metal and making the suspension not water tight which means that it will only get worse over time. The reason that I took it to another bike shop was to get an impartial opinion on the condition of the bike as if I asked him to check it over he would make out that everything is fine. I will be making a complaint with the right department as if he’s done this to me who knows how many others has he sold faulty bikes to over the years unknowingly.

Brought 2 children's bikes for Xmas which were delivered when checking them over the brakes were broken on one and the seat was broke on the other and was both very rusty! And unsafe for my children to ride he's a rip off merchant after reading many reviews I wish I read them before hand... I had 2 very upset children

Rick's Cycles was really helpful and the staff were really friendly. I got to test out a few bikes before purchasing one. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on my way home (I was riding it back), but Rick's Cyclces were kind enough to take a look at it for me and fitted my bike with a new tire! Excellent customer care, would recommend to friends and family.
