Bought a nearly new Ford Fiesta off mark at the weekend. It was no hassle, no pressure selling, a real pleasure to do business with! We had looked at a couple of cars at the big car supermarkets but I don't like how they operate, your not a valued customer, it's volume for them nothing else. If we ever did have any issues with the car I would trust mark to sort it out which goes a long way in my book. Old school values are disappearing fast but if you look hard enough there are still some decent people out there. Overall pay mark a visit I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Wow - what a place, a beautiful part of the country with high spec stunning cars. All the staff are genuinely nice, not rushing you around and happy to help you as much as they can. The process of buying a car is kept as simple as possible with no pushy after sales marketing that you may find at some main dealerships. Highly recommended if you want a little something special to park in your garage and make you smile every time you go for a drive. Thanks guys

Purchased my Fiesta ST LINE here, was just as Mark described. The service I has was top notch a genuine garage which a few and far between these days.

What a waste off time , I went to see a transit connect van they were advising on auto trader, very nice welcome to the show room then it went Pete tong, I was told the van was not there but I would be the next, i thought thats not a problem I would return the next day. In the mean time I asked them to give a price for my car against the van so off they went.
Then the lad came back to me and said I don't think they are going to sell the van now but he would get the manager to call me them next day, but guess what . NO PHONE CALL. So guess they don't need the business. This was my first and last experience with this dealer.

Mark was such a pleasure to do deal with, so helpful and very knowledgeable, I’m extremely happy with my car well worth the 400mile round trip,

This is a bit of a late review, but i purchased a Audi TT from Mark in the summer of 2020! The car was immaculate and appeard exactly how advertised. Great service from start to finish and one of the best garages i have dealt with. There was even some petrol for the long drive back :) Thank You

Kilbourns is a great family run business which sells good quality vehicles. Also offers all garage services. Nice people to deal with. Highly recommend
