When I went to Car Vouch with my family to purchase a car, Wali was lovely and so helpful and making all the promises in the world he could have made up on the spot. He even convinced us to buy this extended car warranty for over 500 pounds….and promised that it would cover main parts of the vehicle. We thought for this price surely, he must be right.
Not even after one day following the purchase the vehicle started to have serious problems. The engine refused to crank so had to send it to my local garage as Wali refused to take the vehicle back. After my numerous telephone calls, emails to Car Vouch only then he suggested that we bring the car back to him but refused to pay for a towing service or to arrange collection himself. So, I took the car to our local garage who discovered many other problems with the vehicle. Radweld was found in the engine, which if you know cars it’s not good… it basically means that they didn’t do their full check that they claimed that they did. Phoned them up after finding this out and they basically said that there was nothing they could do and refused to collaborate with us. Car over heated and ended up having to fix it ourselves and costing us more than the car was worth… and obviously that famous car warranty he made us buy, couldn’t even cover anything…
Worst people I have ever dealt with and based on reading the other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one. This place should be shut down, they source terrible cars and try to sell them off as good cars and refuse to do anything once they are found out. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Since the minute the car arrived, there were issues; both with the car and this dishonest garage. The car seemed okay on arrival but things only got worse, which wasn’t helped by their terrible customer service and lack of empathy. I ended up financially down despite the fact I had a warranty and they had caused a lot of the damage. Don’t cause yourself pain - shop elsewhere!

Throughout, all I heard was “how busy” they were and that I should think about it “from their point of view”. My response would be: think about it from my point of view! I’m incredibly busy and yet I have wasted an unbelievable amount of time dealing with poor communication and issues largely caused by them. The car was actually dangerous and even though the warranty covered certain items, you had to fight for it. Despite taking time off, paying for a hire car and paying for a lot of the work, they still fought for every penny and acted like I was being unreasonable. The “pre-delivery check” was either carried out by someone incompetent or isn’t worth the paper is written on. If you don’t believe a car will last one month, don’t sell it with a warranty. If you decide to, don’t guilt trip the customer for using it and if you cause damage, take responsibility and don’t attempt to make the customer feel bad for it. Overall, I was disappointed with the car, the communication, what I felt like was dishonesty and lack of understanding for how I may have been feeling. I could not recommend them less if I tried.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I bought a Mercedes from these crooks for my daughter's first car. They knew this. I was promised anything that was wrong with it would be rectified. I took the vehicle to a Mercedes dealership the following day to get a OBDII fitted and they did a health check. The Mercedes mechanic was amazed that it didn't fall apart. It was rotten underneath. Over £2,000 minimum to fix what he could just see, and that was not all that was wrong. Car Vouch said they would look at it and come up with a price. My number was blocked by them as they no longer wanted to deal with me, so I used my work phone to get through to them. They refused to accept that they had received official letters sent through guaranteed delivery post. The Mercedes mechanic said it should never have passed an MOT. He was so amazed by how bad it was, he showed the other mechanics. There was no health check done by Car Vouch as they had originally promised. They wouldn't supply the MOT checklist. I had to go through the Citizens Advice Bureau to eventually get my money back (8 months later). I was told it was a death trap. And they knew it was for my daughter. Less than 100 miles driven and their answer "fair wear and tear"!!! BEWARE...

AVOID…. I purchased a car, a Jag XF. Paid the deposit and agreed to collect it 2 weeks later after the health check! 2 weeks never arrived. Constantly promised new delivery dates. I was without a car, with a terminally ill family member in hospital 120 miles away. They assured me week upon week the car was going to be delivered, but it had problem after problem, which was down to delivery delays of parts required. I accepted that. Until the delivery interfered with my scheduled hospital visits. They told me the night before I was due to leave that the car was not being delivered. Too late to organise anything for-the following day. I was in floods of tears on the phone. The colleagues at Car Vouch knew this… this situation started in September! They were paid in full for car via a finance deal. Eventually the car was delivered at the end of November. I took it to a main dealer as I was not happy with how it was running… I drove the car once! On this journey it cut out across the main dual carriageway way. It was terrifying how the lorry and car avoided me was a miracle. This happened twice more. I dropped the car off and was physically shaking. The dealership started to investigate… dire! So many issues to the point their report said it was unsafe to drive. I then started the process of getting the agreement rescinded and my money back which took until December. However they still have not paid the dealership fee. Please avoid this garage. They gave me a car to use for a few weeks until mine got delivered! This too was a disaster and could not travel more than a few miles from my home.issues galore. I also had to use different numbers to contact them. This garage should not be allowed to trade!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They sell broken cars.
In August this year we bought a Skoda Octavia and now it's November and the car won't start anymore!!
We bought this car because we were expecting a baby, so we needed something bigger, when the consultant brought the car over he saw that I was pregnant and he didn't even think to maybe warn us or recommend another car. Now we've got a baby but the car won't start, we've been experiencing problems with it since the first month but no one actually solved the problem, so basically we just waisted £2600, thank you very much! I hope karma gets you 😠

Had a really good experience. Did not buy the car as the car we were after was sold but they still helped us alot with several options . As we were looking for first car for our nephew. they told us how to and what to look for. Even though they knew that we are not buying from them , still they spent an hour with us which was. Impressive. We will be looking forward to buy the car from them for sure in future. Well done

If I was able to leave a 1/2 star I would!
I purchased my Mazda CX-5 from Wali and his team 6 months ago and to say it’s been smooth sailing would be a lie.
Within 2 months of owning the vehicle the battery completely die on me so I replaced that myself. I don’t have an issue with this as I know things do go wrong with vehicles which is out of our control. The following 4 months have been nothing but frustrating, all 4 brake pads and sensors have had to be replaced, a new DPF filter and also the fuel injectors which have never been plugged in correctly which resulted when doing local driving there was no execration what so ever. This all has come out of my pocket £867.00 worth. I’ve sent multiple emails and complaints regarding this and nothing. They are not interested. This makes me feel that they knew they were selling a faulty vehicle to myself as there were definitely not hard to get hold of when I was interested it the car.
Please think twice before making a purchase with Car Vouch, I seriously wish I had done now.
