Very nice experience steves a good guy very chatty full of advice and no hard sale .. Happy with the deal so far ... Only 4 stars tho steve as you need to get some sort of tea/coffee facility if consumers are going to be there quite a while ( minor gripe ) haha :) .. Other than that it would have been 5 star for sure and if the car proves faultless for a while i would definately use again in the future .

Took a test drive at lunchtime and the car was mine within a couple of hours.
First class service. Richard helped iron out a couple of details and would highly recommend JCM Motors.
Sold my daughter a car too which she is very pleased with.

we bought a 11 yr old Corsa for my son 5 weeks ago. The car was in good condition, was recently serviced and had 12 months MOT. The price was fair and the salesman polite and friendly
there haven't been any issues with the car and it appears to be a good buy

I travelled down from Liverpool to Birmingham, collected my daughter and purchased this brilliant reliable car from a very good dealership.
I thoroughly checked this car over with no hassle from the salesperson or pressure to buy the car and everything was in order with no damage or cover up jobs. All HPI checks done and warranty is given. This car is used by a student for travelling all over the midlands and up and down the M6 on a regular basis, so reliability is needed and JCM have delivered.

I would never recommend JCM to anyone. They've had my money once but never again. Dishonest, patronising and chauvinistic! They epitomise the second hand car dealer stereotype too much.

Their responses to some 1 star reviews reinforce my experience with this dealership. Calling a poor review a hoax illustrates how unprofessional this company is.

Perhaps you should have the foresight to accept this is not 1971 and that poor experiences travel and stay around a long time in the digital age.

Only saving grace is that the two men that front this concern are on the very mature side so they might retire soon!

This is my 4th car I've brought off them over the years I'm very satisfied with it never had any issues the sales man Richard is a top man and does not treat you like a fool because your a woman my new mokka is fantastic . many thanks to the team .

Happened to stumble across this fab garage. Seen the perfect car for our son. After a test drive and insurance quotes, decided it was going to be ours. Excellent service by Steve, couldn't have made it easier.
*update *After 3 months engine blew up. Garage never even replied to my husband. Cost £3500 to put right. Sons first car experience was absolutely ruined.

Bought audi convertible had it 6 weeks soft top has broken exhaust clamp is rusted needs replacing and car needs service all told from audi specialist. Rang warranty what was with car supplied by J,C,M and it is useless if you can find someone who wants the hassle off chasing for permission and payment to fix the car good luck . Rang J,C,M didn't want to help one bit let down. I only wanted help on what to do got nothing. Now I've spent £1000 getting the car fixed at audi in Northampton . Says car had all its cheaks when purchased. Only wanted help from a place I bought car from
