What a great experience I had purchasing my new car from Advantage Cars Kings Lynn, due to the excellent service from Simon. Simon made the whole process so easy and patiently explained everything about the vehicle I was purchasing in detail. He even sent me a video of the car for me to see its true glory as due to click and collect I could not test drive the car prior to purchasing. Simon also gave great after care service on a few queries I had whilst getting to know the vehicle. I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly and helpful till you buy the car. After you bought it they don't care about you anymore. I bought an BMW 640D and they haven't done tracking to the car. Steering wheel wasn't straight at all and I had to pay 50£ because of that.

I've bought many cars over the years, but my experience with Group 1 was the best I've ever had. They made the whole process very simple and painless, did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional service.

Had Simon sell me my BMW M135i, painless and easy process from the initial phone call to driving away with the car, would get a car from there again due to the service, thanks again!!

Great service and very helpful. Bought a car from Stuart, and he was incredibly helpful and quick with responses to all the questions I had before I bought the vehicle. Stuart went the extra mile to get various checks done on the car even after I paid the deposit to ensure that the car is in full working order and to make sure that I was happy with the purchase!

Really good second hand car garage! Service was spot on, went in with my car which had out standing finance still, they made the whole process of getting a new car easy! Quick and efficient, broken side panel on the Range Rover I bought, they were quick to get it replaced when I mentioned it. Would recommend, my salesman was Peter, top bloke!
