Awful service. Just left after viewing a White Audi Q7 for my FIL. Spoke on the phone prior and was told the car was in great condition, had no issues, allot of paperwork. Traveled over 2 hours with the intention to purchase the car there and then. Arrived and was left with the car and paperwork which was all good. There was no paperwork for any service after March 2020. Asked about then and was told it’s been serviced and he’ll find out when (never found out) there was also an advisory about the discs on the car which I queried with the response of “mate discs are only £40” when shown discs at a much much higher price. His response was “well we get trade price”. Traction light was showing on the dash and wouldn’t turn off and when I queried this. His reply was “I don’t know why it shouldn’t concern you” confused to a point where I forgot to mention the back right tyre was actually almost illegal as the outer tyre was very close to the limit as the alignment was out. At this point I actually said to him what he meant and his response “well the car isn’t for you”. Just nodded my head in disgust and left. Whether he was having a bad day or not. This shouldn’t be put towards others. Guys name was Ciro or Ciru.

Ciro picked me up from Train station after 2 hours of travelling, took me back to garage and left me alone with car take my time browse the car and took it for test drive, very happy with it took it home straight away as he never pressure me he make me relaxed and answer lots of question.
