Firstly I bought my car recently from Andrews, they were efficient and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend them! Secondly after travelling to France my car broke down and I couldn’t start it at all. After trying many obvious things to resolve the car problem (jump start etc) I had to call a garage to assist. Glad to say the car is ok ✅ now. I just wanted to say the aftercare support I received from Andrews was amazing, they paid for the repair to my car and made the nightmare less traumatic. I'd recommend Andrews Car Centre because they weren't pushy and very helpful. They even let us test out the car seat and test drive it as a family. They even gave us a voucher towards my MOT next year and another one for my partners car!

Everyone I spoke to and met were very professional and friendly. I know very little about cars but felt from the beginning of my transaction that I was dealing with people I could trust. Their knowledge and advice was excellent, the car I bought was in perfect condition and everything was exactly as I had been told. Andrew's was fine at first,2 weeks after getting my car the driver wing mirror wouldn't work ,reported it to them they ordered a new 1 which took 6 weeks to arrive 3 of them weeks it was sat in there workshop and no one bothered to contact me,I also mentioned the passenger side wasn't working properly to that I was told it will be fine when the driver side is fixed ,when it was replaced I ended up with a 2 second delay on the passenger side which they was aware of ,a week later that 1 also stopped working again it was reported yes a replacement was ordered that was a month ago ,had to chase them up again as no contact had been made to find out the wing mirror was there but they didn't know who it belonged to turns out it was mine however sorry is not good enough nothing but being messed around twice now I'm afraid the customer service is shocking and I would never buy a car from there again or recommend them to anyone.

Good choice of cars. Fair deals I thought. MOT service centre. Easy parking. Sales people no too pushy.
