Chris and Trevor have been great. I bought my new Suzuki Volusia from here and I must say I am delighted! After delivery the front indicators stopped working (she is a 17 year old bike) and Trevor sacrificed his Sunday morning to come and fix them at my home. The bike is in great condition and I regularly get comments from friends saying they can't believe she's 17 as she looks brand new. Excellent service throughout from initial enquiry, to purchase, to after sales! Highly recommend!!

Just purchased an imaculate Mercedes E class sport from this garage and have to say it has been one of the best experiences I have had in 40 years of buying cars..From an an excellent part exchange to after sales care and a friendly family run dealership. The car itself is like new and was prepared to the highest standard..I would highly recommend Broadfield Motor Company and will be back in the future for purchases, hopefully a Maserati as they specalise in Italian cars...

worried at first but Chris took me through everything sent vidio and gave me all the info needed.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Emailed via autotrader about a motorcycle they are selling. After a few emails back and forward they offered to send a video of the bike and call to discuss. Video never arrived. Received email later to say they were in Spain and would be back and call on Tuesday. I said please don’t sell the bike until we have an opportunity to speak on Tuesday. I sent the same to their generic email, which I received an acknowledgment. No video received, no call received. I emailed in my break from work on Tuesday morning only to receive an email to say it was sold this morning.

Completely disgusting customer service

What a great business to deal with. Bought a BMW X3 from them. Trevor was so helpful, not the typical car sales man. Would definitely reccomend buying from them. And delivered car to north wales too. Thanks. Five star
