Great experience from Chris. Super friendly and helpful, didn’t feel any pressure to make a quick decision. When I came back to Chris a few days later, the car sale was super quick and easy. Chris was fantastic with my little girl, allowing me to look properly at the cars I was interested in whilst letting her look at the cars of the colours she liked. Brilliant and reliable company who have helped me from start to finish. I am relatively new to the car buying scene and Chris was able to help me out with the whole process. Was able to get a test drive, full MOT and have the car with me within a week no hassle. The aftercare service is extremely helpful as well as he is on hand to help with any potential issues. Absolutely BRILLIANT experience!

I saw the car I wanted at Car Care Preston, but it needed some MOT work doing and wasn't ready to collect yet. I agreed to purchase, and got a very fair offer on my part ex. When it was ready to drive, Chris said if I had any problems to let him know, and arranged all the paperwork for me hassle free.

After driving for around 200 miles, a couple of snagging issues became apparent. True to his word, Chris agreed with no quibbles to get these sorted ASAP (one was quite an expensive job) and this was all done very quickly.

I cannot thank Chris enough for his A1 service, will use Car Care again when it is next time for a change, and would recommend Chris and Car Care Preston to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Excellent service from Chris like the car , had a rattle after a few weeks rang Chris , & he uses Castleton Rd. Garage we took it & Allen fixed it , the heat shield not a big job ,(no charge because the car was under warranty ) vert happy ,.
