I bought my car (Range Rover Evoque which I love!!) from Motorline Drive Now in Canterbury and it was a great experience.

I have never spent so much money on a car before so this was important to me.

Wayne Piper at the Canterbury branch couldn’t have been more helpful. He took a video of my car and gave me regular updates on the progress of the process. The car had a full garage check before being delivered despite only just passing its mot and they replaced the cam belt... one less thing to worry about.

I used the 14 day option to return the car if I was not happy by having the car delivered which gave me peace of mind. But the car was exactly as described so if course I kept it! It also came with a 3 month warranty.

I would highly recommend using them.

I’ve just taken delivery of my Range Rover Evoque and am so happy with it! It is just as described on the video sent to me last week. I was very unsure about purchasing a car without seeing it, but Joe Halford has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble and he made us feel much more confident about purchasing the vehicle.

Had a horrendous experience with Drive Now Canterbury, unfortunately we completed the sale but would not recommend and will not use again.
We asked lots of questions about the car as we're not able to see it in person but we're happy with responses so we paid the deposit. We called back as agreed to arrange delivery but were told the car still had a broken headlight that needed replacing so we agreed a different date. Called a week later to agree another delivery date but told there was a large scratch on the bonnet that needed fixing. EVENTUALLY we agreed a delivery date and signed appropriate paperwork. It came to the day before delivery day and we were told our funds had not been received so the car could not be released. We paid for the car in full as soon as we received the paperwork so started to panic the money was intercepted etc. A very sleepless night and many calls to different people later it turns out the funds were received on the day we sent them but accountants were not told to look far back enough. Car was eventually delivered almost 4 weeks after paying initial deposit with a cracked rear light and faded wing. No apology was received and the one person who was able to help us (believe me we spoke to many) left for another dealer a week later. Not an easy company to work with. Very stressful process from beginning to end.

Great service from Phil. I really enjoyed how he engaged with me and my partner. The car drives nice, Phil got it thoroughly serviced and detailed before pick up. He got the alloy wheels sprayed and the car price was below market average according to Auto trader. Very happy with the service and will recommend Drive Now Canterbury to family and friends.

I have been driving my very swanky Ford Fiesta for 5 days now and the difference that it has made to my life and my travel has been astonishing already! After finding myself in a bit of a tight spot and needing a car ASAP, Phil at Drive Now was more than happy to help! With this being my first car purchased from a dealership I feel that Phil made a concerted effort to ensuring the process ran as smoothly as possible. For the first time I have a vehicle that I am proud to show off, its in mint condition, low mileage, 110% upgrade from what i was driving and with a full tank of fuel and an obviously very thorough valet before the sale.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Phil when buying our new family car. He was so patient with us when we changed our minds a few times, and gave us the chance to think things over before we purchased. He is incredibly accommodating when changing dates and times for pick up etc. Overall it was fantastic dealing with him and we are sp happy with our new car!

Collected my Mini Clubman two days ago and I am super-pleased with it! The car was competitively priced so I was sure it was the car for me but the salesperson I dealt with made sure my purchase was trouble-free. Phil was efficient and helpful, which was much appreciated. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Phil and DriveNow.

One of the best customer service experience I have ever had mainly because of Phil. I recently bought a Vauxhall from Drive Now and Phil made the whole experience extra special by going above and beyond to assist me with my request. He was always in touch to give me updates and communicated effectively throughout the process. I will definately recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
