My entire experience with Yes!Car was very positive! I was so impressed with how communicative and accommodating they were throughout the process of purchasing a car. Tom was very professional, and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Their whole car range was immaculate; you can tell that they carefully pick each vehicle, making sure they mechanically and aesthetically sound. They have an on-site garage and mechanic which gives extra reassurance when buying a second-hand car.

Excellent car dealer and definitely recommend. Sam and team were excellent when viewing and collecting my car. Left to look at the car in my own time with no sales pressure. No problem taking it for a test drive and all documentation presented very well.

Car cleaned and handed over very professionally. Quality products used to prepare interior and presented to a very high standard. Not left with any questions or chasing more information as I have had in the past with main dealers.

Worst company I have ever experienced, they sold me a car that was broken within a month of buying the clutch had gone. They said they would fix it at there own garage as they have an in house mechanic.
After fixing it I've taken it in for mot by Audi garage 12 months later and they said in their whole career of being a mechanic they have never seen such poor workmanship.
Washers installed incorrectly, bumper hanging off and rear view mirror just fell off, the inside of the door come appart.
Don't buy anything from this company!!!
DONT BUY ANY OF THERE CARS OR LET THEM FIX AND OF YOURS
after a week of no replys and airing my calls I'm going to take this further with trading standards.

Bought my dream car, Audi S3 black edition, spoke to Tom early hours of the morning, picked it up in the afternoon, unreal customer service, very respectful and accommodating for any needs. Would recommend to everyone

Tom and Adrian were great - very helpful and it was a really quick turnaround for purchasing my VW golf.
