Bought a Volvo V40 recently and couldn't of received better service. The whole process was quick and easy, from settling my existing finance to arranging my new one. Both Jason and Connor were very professional and pleasant to deal with 👍⭐

I purchased an Audi A5 FROM Jason. I made a bit of a nuisance of matyself asking lots of questions which were always answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic a pleasure to deal with. Excellent quality car at a very reasonable price.

Received rapid response to initial email enquiry l made about a vehicle. I subsequently telephoned to arrange a viewing and test drive at my convenience. On arrival the vehicle was ready to be taken out and was presented in showroom condition. During drive l asked various questions which were dealt with knowledgeably by Connor. I decided to purchase without any pressure from Brooklands. The whole experience was conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and l would not hesitate to recommend them

Travelled 120 miles to view a 1 owner 40,000 mile RED VW scirocco for sale, wasted journey as a minute into viewing the vehicle it was clear the drivers door had been painted so poorly that it was cloudy and bubbling. I wouldn’t be bothered if it wasn’t for the fact I had asked the garage numerous times to go around the car and highlight any blemishes or imperfections with the bodywork before I travelled! Appalling service stay clear, I would have been better throwing my £25 fuel money down the drain

Excellent service from the team at Brooklands. I was travelling from Belfast and therefore couldn’t see the car in person before committing, so lots of the questions I asked over email over a couple of days - it never felt like any bother to Connor. All went very smoothly, was collected from the train station on the day and drove off less than an hour later. There was a very minor issue but despite me being across the water Connor agreed to sort it no questions asked. Highly recommended little dealership. Would use again. And the car is fantastic!

Didn't feel like we had a great customer service from the guys at Brooklands MC. It felt as if they didn't want to sell the car and as if I was wasting their time. Don't think I'll come back.

Lovely people to deal with. They showed a lot of patience and were very understanding as I took a week to come for the car.
