First class service - Highly recommend!! I was after quite a specific car 330e M Sport hybrid BMW in tanzanite blue with black detailing (which I thought might take a while) - and they quickly sourced an amazing vehicle for me that far exceeded my expectations. They went beyond the norm I would say and sourced me a 3 year old vehicle that would almost pass as new. Really happy with the way they kept me informed of the search and updated me with photos and info at every stage. They were very transparent with info and no extra charges or hidden costs anywhere. I will be recommending to friends and colleagues and will never use AutoTrader again. 100% happy customer here!! The car is great, if not a bit muddy...

An incredible A1 service from start to finish! The team at A1 took the time to discuss with us what we wanted and needed, to help us decide exactly what type of car we should get. They then went off and quickly sourced us our ideal car, an Audi Q3. When we received the car it was immaculate - it was 3.5 years old but felt brand new. i found A1 by chance looking through auto trader and i cant stress enough how happy i am that i did. Their customer service from start to finish has been the best i have ever seen. To the point that Sam came into work on her day off to help us by getting the finance sorted to our beautiful car. Any questions i had both Sam and Kev were fast in answering and I feel the answers were honest and up front every time. if you are ever looking for a vehicle i suggest you start here. The cars look immuculate and are very looked after. I wish all car purchases could be this good. You wont be disappointed.

Times are hard and I was sadly forced to sell my car A1 contacted me via email and text and in a very short time they had purchased my car at a reasonable price in a blink of an eye my finance was cleared and the rest paid into my bank account. Now I really did not want to sell but I simply had to down grade A1 made it fast and Easy. The man who came to pick up the car was on time very polite and professional simply fantastic a true gentleman. I would give A1 100% from start to finish. Maybe when times are better I could buy a car from then.

So chuffed I came across A1 Car Search. They made the potentially stressful task of buying a car extremely easy and stress-free! The customer service was excellent, from initial chat to handover.
