This is the 3rd car we have had from Dash. Absolutely fantastic customer service, quality cars and great affordable prices. Their finance option is really affordable, without paying back thousands in interest. We bought our first car from Dash almost 6 years ago and our daughter bought her 1st car from there 4 years ago. Reliable vehicles that have never given us any problems. Reassuring when it's your 1st ever vehicle. Would recommend Dash 100%.

We’ve had a terrible experience with dash cars. I would avoid this dealer. If the car develops a fault or even has them from the beginning they just aren’t interested in trying help you. They had the car back 3 times to “fix” it and not once was any proof given of any work done and the faults Where still present. Had to fight really hard for weeks and threatened a lawyers involvement to even get a response too finally take the car back

At first all seemed well, I went to look at the cars they had to offer as I’d only just passed my test. I knew deep down what car I wanted but saw a car that was a good price and thought why not, I need a car. The car was a red Volkswagen fox, Everything was going to plan and working the way I thought the car was meant to run, until 3 DAYS into having the car the engine light came on and me not knowing a lot about cars didn’t have a clue what was wrong with this. I was so disappointed and upset as I’d only had the car for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting anything to happen so quickly! It has really put me off wanting to buy a second hand car. I know anything can happen to cars brought second hand and brand new. The staff were understanding and did give me a full refund. As this issue has flagged up before they’ve even sold me the car and had been fixed but not fully fixed so therefore I didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the car !

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE ROBBING NON TRUST WORTHY SCAMMERS I HAD MY CAR 4 MTHS &ITS TOTALLY UNROADWORTHY THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT WERE V RUDE IM NOW TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR SELLING A DANGEROUS FAULTY CAR IVE CONTACTED THEM OVER 30 TIMES THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING BESIDES LAUGH 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Really disappointed with this place, nowhere does it state 'by appointment only' attended the garage during the advertised opening hours to find it completely empty. Tried calling just to hear the phone ringing out in the office. Tried to call a few more times throughout the day to no avail. Incorrect advertising of opening hours and extremely difficult to contact gives me little confidence that if I did purchase a car through them that they would be responsive if there were any issues. The courtyard is open so managed to look at the car I was interested in and it had obviously badly repaired damage to the front wing which is not noted in the advert.

Fair and explained everything. Had use of a hire Car whilst he attended to mine.

In short I decided to pull out of the vehicle purchase and I was concerned that I would lose some or all of my deposit. However Dash Cars Ltd have a 14 day refund promise so I need not have worried, my deposit was returned in full within 2 days, so you can buy with confidence. Salesman Steve proved to be open and trustworthy throughout. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.
