Got in touch with Gary from Car Store Chesterfield to purchase my first owned car.
Travelled over from Belfast to Chesterfield and was blown away with the level of first class service.

Gary arranged everything in the background & made the purchase very easy especially with travelling over.

Naturally purchasing a car you've never seen in person before left me slightly nervous incase it wasn't all it had cracked up to be but Gary did give me that peace of mind through very in depth personal videos to show me the entire car.

Arrived in Chesterfield & Gary even picked me up from the station!

First time seeing the car I was genuinely blown away with the level of detailing & the condition of the car.

It was way more than I had expected so hats off to Gary & the team for making my first car purchase something special!

Saw a car online,so decided to have a look and was greeted by a lovely lady called Charlotte. Nothing was too much trouble for her, answered all my questions honestly then asked if I wanted to test drive the car. Charlotte went through all buying options with me to make sure I was fully informed without any pressure whatsoever. I did buy the car and with Charlotte to guide me the process was hassle free. The whole team were extremely friendly and helpful.

Went in yesterday looking for my first car and was assisted by Gary. He provided fantastic customer service; no typical pushy sale techniques; clear, concise information and was extremely helpful in getting me on the road.

I picked my car up today; cleaned and ready to drive, and didn't let me leave until he was happy I was comfortable to hit the gas.

Will definitely be returning in the future and can't recommend Gary enough!

Great car buying experience. Found the car online and the whole purchase was done via phone calls and emails. No hassle, no complications. Jared Potts was extremely helpful and professional every step of the process. He made a comprehensive video showing any car's imperfections - I was informed about and shown the tiniest of scratches. After I purchased the car, all paperwork was done promptly and Jared kept me in the loop and informed about the car's current status.
I needed the car to be delivered to my home address. We agreed on a date and a day before I received a phone call confirming everything once again. The car arrived as expected and I could not be happier with the Chesterfield CarStore and Jared's service. Highly recommended.

We bought a Fiat Panda from Car Store Chesterfield. Alex was dealing with our purchase and the part exchange of our old car. The whole process was friendly, informative and helpful, he was never too pushy or overwhelming and he understood when we didn’t need or want certain extras. Alex made the car buying experience very easy and always kept us informed and up to date with the process. We were pleased with the car as it was exactly as advertised and we were also grateful to Alex for his kind, friendly manner and help over the two days we needed to purchase our new car.

I called in at Car Store Chesterfield yesterday with my partner to browse with an intention to buy.
I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t hassled by salesmen.
We eventually spoke to Jason Walker for advice about certain models. He was extremely helpful and again he was not pushy. Just a completely down to earth guy. We eventually settled on a model and the paperwork done. So stress free. Well done Jason.

New car day!!!! Oli was amazing from start to finish even sent a video to show the car off because we couldn't get down straight away.
He was honest and open about some marks on the car but has got them all fixed and looks immaculate.
Easy and very straight forward service would definitely recommend Oil at car store, thank you so much.

Jason was fantastic! He was brilliant at keeping us updated. They even let us go for an unaccompanied test drive, properly allowing me to get a feel for the car. He was really knowledgeable, easy to talk to and helped me to choose the right products for my needs. This wasn’t like a typical car dealers, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
