Traveled 40mins to see a car was met with very lackluster service questions brushed off no real answers and a very dodgy salesman myself I'm not a car expert but I went with somone who is and we both felt and knew that this place was very dodgy and hiding things be extremely careful about using this place to buy your car

Hi everyone...
I bought a Volvo V50 2,0 diesel 4 weeks ago and still in warranty
When I bought the Volvo I knew it was difficult to start the car on the cold weather... but actually it is exactly the same on the warm weather.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stock at home, friends, supermarket, ect... because the car won’t start. After a while the battery is completely dead. So many time I had ask someone to rescue me.
The car was sold with a full service history but that not true!
the cam belt, water pump and the alternator belt should have been change 3 years ago. I had to repair almost straight away to avoid some more problems.
The cooling vase is broken, I realise the day after.
The air conditioning doesn’t work. I didn’t know it was cold when I purchase the car.
The DPF has to be change soon... Soot Filter Full in the dashboard.
So much smoke coming out from the exhaust when the engine is cold.
I am worried for the next MOT in 6 months time.
The list go on and on

I bought a car in a garage to have a free set of mind but actually I had so much stress with that car.
I had no help from Prestige Garage

They told me you bought this car and now it is your problem.

No very professional isn’t it.

Had a great experience at Prestige Motors Kent. Nigel is incredibly helpful and friendly and we are very happy with our new car which was well presented. There was a slight problem with the door when we viewed it, but Nigel was more than happy to get it fixed for us at no extra charge, also providing us with a full years MOT. Very happy with our experience, highly recommend! :)

Traveled all the way down from East Yorkshire to view a car and was not disappointed.
The service was excellent and there was no pressure. I was left to look at the car as long as I wanted then took it for a test drive with the salesman Nigel who was most helpful.
Would definitely recommend them.

Can't fault the purchasing process..
1 very small thing worth mentioning is the tire pressure on one of the wheels was extremely low (with no warning lights etc) and is something I think should be checked by the dealership before being driven away.
But that's not enough not to give these guys a 5 star.

Nigel was great. Cars working great! Didn't feel pressured to buy, would visit again. However, driving home from purchasing the car my petrol light came on!! 😂 hopefully on my next visit i get a full tank 🤭
