Absolutely excellent customer service from everyone there, especially Jason, the sales director. Helped me buy my first car for a brilliant price, and was also helped with car insurance. Did everything you could ask for, and more. Would definitely recommend, and would use again in a heartbeat.

Brought Ford S-Max Titanium 2009... Read most of the reviews online and decided to buy from Mainline Motors. Very professional and honest, As car being 11 years old Jason was very honest about things not working on the car which I was happy about. After 7 days the Engine management light come on, so I took it back and Jason had the car in the garage and repaired the issue at there cost (under warranty) Car is running great and very happy with our family car.

I have bought a Ford KA from Mainline Motors without visiting the dealership. I am very happy with the purchase which was accurately described (with a very useful video of the car) and the process of buying was smooth, quick and stress free. The car was delivered on a transporter at no extra cost and was even taxed by the dealership. Jason was very friendly and communicative and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend, especially if you are unable to get to a dealership.

I have just bought a 3 series Bmw touring from Jason at Mainline motors, I couldn't of bought a car with such ease.
There was no pressured sales pitch from Jason, he was happy to let me take the car for a test drive.
After purchasing the car there was an issue with the drivers seat belt, I called Jason and explained the problem who within a week of getting the car has replaced the complete seat belt mechanism.
I would definitely recommend Mainline motors and would be very happy to purchase another car from them.
